Anamanaguchi band makes music with a hacked NES

“Anamanaguchi makes loud, fast music with a hacked NES from 1985”. Yes, they are a 8-bit band from New York City, and they make songs by combining guitars and drums with cascading squarewaves from a hacked 1985 Nintendo Entertainment System. They blur the line between analog and digital. How cool is that? Well, check their official website to listen to some songs. “Blackout City” is pretty cool, fast 8 bit music and a few electrical guitar riffs here and there. But I like “Jetpack Blues Sunset hues” and “Overarrow” more, I have linked them below. Both songs are from their album, “Dawn Metropolis”. If you want to buy or listen to the album visit its awesome 8-bit website.
